Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This is the operational refund draft for Stripe setup and legal review. Final policy must match the live checkout disclosure.
Cancellation
Core customers should be able to cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals unless the checkout page or customer portal states otherwise.
Refund Draft
Recommended launch draft: refund the first subscription payment if requested within 14 days, unless there is abuse, fraud, or a legal/provider reason not to process the refund. Partial monthly refunds after day 14 are not planned unless required by law or approved as a support exception.
Annual Plans
Annual refund treatment is Needs Review. If annual billing launches, checkout should clearly state whether annual refunds are prorated, limited to the first 14 days, or handled by support exception.
